Its as if we are taken back through time as we witness a kind of Nostalgia off from a scene from Shakespearian Hit "A Midsummer Nights Dream" . Then we ask ourselves, What follies lie in the DRAMA of AMATO?
Frolicking in Conney Island as the title suggests brings back the whimsy, playfully quaint, and fanciful life of Furne One, the BRAINCHILD of Maison Amato, on his early Career as a Fashion Designer in the Philippines. And no DESIGNER in the Middle East can ever come close pulling this off, as His campaigns are unprecedented, highly thought-of, non-conforming, and most especially Theatrical!
Amato's Spring/Summer 2011 Campaign is a graphical representation of One's Childhood, Playing with dusty, and muted pastel palettes of teal, marigold, pink, aqua, light blue, and violet that are even more so revolutionized by their own personal COLOR TECHNICIAN.
Carefully crystallized gowns on every corner, crafted with frills, ruffles, bows, flowers and everything nice makes up a recipe of a playful but tasteful flair. Like Marionette Puppets, the Models embodied the naive KID inside all of us- the Persona that One what us to uncover.
What better way to set this shoot than INSIDE a CIRCUS tent! Add a dash of Cotton Candy, Sea Lions, Elephants, and Flying Trapeze- Paints vivid picture of FUN! Fashionably Fun!
This is what the House of AMATO is good at, bringing their audiences and strong client base to places they never thought of. This campaign would not obviously become a success not without AMATO's FAB support team. Hair by Helga Bosman, Makeup by Gene Ginno Alducente, Assistant Designer Toby Lavares, Photography by Brilliant Tina Patni of the famous Patni Siblings. Models: Emilia, Hannah, Miriam, Sanita, and Christina.
